Because of the new (mildly complicated) electronic filing for the Closing
the Circle Awards, the deadline has been extended to January 31, 1999
The awards are judged in February and announced in Mid-March. The
ceremony is generally in April or May, depending on the White House
schedule and availability. (That does not mean the President attends, it
just means the schedule for the event and for the rooms)
