Yard waste curbside collection programs in
the US

Greg,
Can you or anyone else you know name any cities and/or counties in the
US that provide curbside pickup of yard waste which is contained in
30-gallon kraft paper bags, just like we do in Montgomery County?
Many cities/counties have public composting facilities, but their
collection methods are typically not stated on their web sites.
I know we didn't invent the idea, and other are sure to be doing it as
well.
