CONFIDENCE?: Protecting the environment is near the top of the list of
areas where citizens believe the federal government has succeeded, a
poll conducted for the Council for Excellence in Government reveals. A
Washington Post article says the new survey "finds Americans optimistic
that government could be more effective and work better for them." By
a 50 to 35% margin, citizens said that the main problem with government
is politics rather than that "government programs are too big and
expensive."

Subject: need help on recycling education

PRC is putting together a workshop on innovative and effective recycling
education program. Can anyone recommend a contact? We need
documentation that the education worked. Of course the cost of the
program needs to be reasonable. PA's mandatory recycling has been
working fine but the established programs need some rejuvenation.

I'd also like to know of any really good computerized clip art or cd ROM
programs. Thanks for your help.
