Hi Rod ~ Has it been disclosed what the cost to the Toronto ratepayers will be for this service? If there are private services available, wouldn't it make more sense for the City to ban these goods from disposal? If there is no private recycling for these goods, shouldn't the City be lobbying for EPR? H.
