Title: [GreenYes] RE: 5 new messages in 2 topics - digest
Hi All,
I'm wondering if those actual emissions of lead and mercury -- and although
not mentioned by Mark Snyder, other metals such as arsenic and cadmium,
organochlorines such as dioxins, and other air toxics and carcinogens as
well, including nanoparticles -- for the Hennepin incinerator are based on
continuous monitoring, including emissions during startup and shutdown
sequences during the year? Or are they based on pre-arranged sampling times
during regular, ful-scale operations and then generalized to the full year
by assuming that emissions during the sampling times are representative of
all operations over the course of a year? Anyone have any information on
that?
