[GreenYes] Recycling plastic grocery bags into new bags or other plastics

I am working with a small grocery chain to institute a used plastic
bag takeback program.  However, there is no entitity to which to ship
it to for appropriate processing (backhauling to the distribution
center is not an option at this point).

Does anyone know of a plastics manufacturer that accepts used plastic
grocery bags, dry cleaning bags and shrink wrap for reuse into new
plastic bags or products?  Other comments from experience you may have
about the process would be helpful as well.
