[GreenYes] Eco-Cycle party

Greetings all,

Looking forward to seeing many of you in Denver soon … and one last reminder about the Eco-Cycle gathering where GRRN will be making an exciting announcement.

Eric

Party Under the Stars at Eco-Cycle’s

Grassroots Gathering of Progressive Recyclers

Going to the NRC Conference in Denver this year? Come party at Eco-Cycle in Boulder first! We're bringing together progressive recyclers to network, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and an open beer and wine bar, hear keynote speakers, and take a tour of the first hard-to-recycle facility in the nation. We’ll also be unveiling two significant new campaigns from the GrassRoots Recycling Network (GRRN) and Eco-Cycle that will fight against the Bush Administration’s subsidies for polluting landfills and incinerators and change how our country conserves our natural resources. Then we’ll boogie ‘round the e-scrap with a rockin' local band!

Date: Saturday, September 15, 2007

Time: 7:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Place: Eco-Cycle’s Center for Hard-to-Recycle Materials (CHaRM) in Boulder

Featured Speaker: Will Toor, Boulder County Commissioner and Zero Waste Champion
Suggested Donation*: $20

*A Boulder city ordinance prevents us from charging admission for this event. Please consider a $20 tax-deductible donation to help us cover our costs.

Eco-Cycle is providing FREE transportation to and from Denver for NRC conference attendees. RSVP online today and be sure to reserve your space on the bus. The bus will leave the Denver Convention Center from “Lobby A” at the south end of 14th St at 6:30 p.m. sharp. Please be there at 6:15 p.m.

Make sure no one is left out: please forward this invitation to other progressive recyclers!
