New York State's Partners in Recycling

New York's 18th Annual Recycling Conference, sponsored by NYSAR3 -
New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling and
NYSDEC - New York State Department of Environmental Conservation will
be held at the Otesaga Resort Hotel, Cooperstown, NY.

A compost training workshop is scheduled for Nov. 14 - 15 followed by
