[GreenYes] new study on nuclear waste in unlined landfills

Greetings,

In 2003 the Grass Roots Recycling Network
published Nuclear Regulatory Commission's
efforts to deregulate radioactive waste dumping in 
lined and unlined landfills.

We're seeking evidence of NRC's progress 
in deregulation, and examples of radioactive 
waste in landfills of any type.
