My company currently ships about 900 tons of drywall every month to be processed for agricultural purposes. It took a lot of looking to find a reputable recycler that had all of the necessary permits, but we have been very happy with the diversion we get through this program. The gypsum in this case is sold to farmers by the truckload, not by the bag, but they seem very happy with the product.
