Blaiir,

Hanover County, Virginia, operates a vermi-composting operation
adjacent to their 301 Transfer Station. Shredded paper and vgetable
produce is used as feedstock. the system was started with 100,000 red
wigglers, with a sustained population of 300,000 worms. The County
uses the EPM Inc. technology, which is a bed style system. the unit
is 5' x 16' and has a daily processing coapcity of 250 pounds. For
