[GreenYes] Curbside cost survey

Just a quick survey to find out the monthly costs of weekly curbside
collection in your community:
 
1]Size of container?
2]Single stream?  or  Curb sort?
3]Items accepted?
4]If municipally-operated, list the cost factors you include [i.e.
direct/indirect labor, supervision, fuel, maintenance, insurance, rent,
etc...] in the calculation per household costs?
5]If contracted service, what is the cost/hsld/mo?
6]# of households?
7]Household opt-out option?
8]Frequency of Service?
 
I know its Earth Week; please answer when you can, and by April 27 if at
all possible.
