[GreenYes] IKEA to begin charging for plastic bags beginning March 15

Ikea is going to start charging a nickel per bag and reduce the price
of reusable bags to 69 cents in the US.  After doing the same in the
UK, it says it has reduced bag usage by 95%,

A nickel can make a big difference.
