[GreenYes] Energy Use List?

Greetings,

   I'm interested in an energy use list similar to this list. (i.e. 
comprehensive, openminded, filled with people from all fields, expertise 
and interests.)

Some of my questions and interests include:
Comparative energy consumption of cooking fuel types -- microwave vs. gas 
oven vs. gas stove, vs. propane, vs. electric stoves, vs. charcoal, etc.

Energy usage and reduction/design in non-energy star rated items, 
especially stereo systems, audio & video equipment, etc.

Collaborative energy use database building for these non-rated items of 
all types.
