I would recommend posting the position on the RECYC-L listserv, if you
forward it I can do it for you since you have to be a member.  This is
a listserv for university recycling coordinators around the nation.  I
would also try posting on the NRC (National Recycling Coalition)
website, and the CRRA (California Resource Recovery Association)
website.  There are also listservs for zero waste, and AASHE.
