What do you mean by "organics"?

Here in Wisconsin, we have a requirement for landfills to find ways to either divert organics or accelerate their decomposition. By "organics", we mean anything that is decomposable, and this includes food, yard materials, paper, wood, textiles and similar material.

Is this what you mean?
