But keep in mind that coal fly ash is loaded with harmful substances ranging from arsenic to uranium. There is a lot of pressure from those producing this stuff and wanting to get rid of it cheaply (power plant operators....) and not all of the uses that are "legal" may really be protective of "human health and the environment." Caution is indicated.....
