In Fla since 1994 a medical plasma arc system was EPA permitted and NRC  
permitted for disposal or or reduction of medical bio hazardous waste annd  Power 
plant Low radioactive materials. In Spain TODAY the improved system  meeting 
ALL EU and EPA Biohazard Medical waste disposal and emissions  standards is 
commerically in operation.
 
And nothing is being burned it is being by high heat atomically  
disassociated in inert gas environment into elemental form.
