[GreenYes] Hewitt-Packard finds WEEE costs lower than expected

A study by HP of the costs of compling with the requirements of the European electronics take-back directive are less than 
expected, with the cost of taking back home desktop computers ranging from 38 Euro cents to 6 Euros. (A Euro is worth about $1.26.)
