[GreenYes] Health Affects of Burning Plastic

Hello -

An ex-pat hotel proprietor in Costa Rica is looking for information on
the health affects of burning plastic and other recyclable materials.
She said that many of the locals do this and she has noticed high rates
of asthma.  She would like to help educate the locals on the health
issues and encourage them to recycle instead.  The catch is that she
needs the information in Spanish.  Has anyone ever come across such
information that you could point me to?  Thanks.
