I'd also suggest contacting Tom Napier of DOD who has done a lot of
successful Deconstruction projects for DOD at Fort Monroe, Va, Ft,
Campbell, KY, Ft McCoy, Ft. Chaffee, AK, Grand Forks AFB and many
