[GreenYes] another request for HELP!!!

As you can see from the post below, I have received info on things I can do to change my subscription from 'every email' to 'daily digest'. When the list was moved to google, I did not receive a password or user name to deal with my subscription. SO I cannot unsubscribe and re-subscribe to change the format. PLEASE HELP ME!! I believe Gary Liss is the person who knows this info?
