Sorry for cross posting. I asked this question way back in September, but I received no responses. Anyone? Hello All - I'm trying to figure out if we should develop our dbase internally, or if we should hire a contractor to help us build one so that we can track our commercial and multifamily recycling programs. Does anyone have a really great dbase program that you think we could use as a model and/or any suggestions about contractors who are capable of building a dbase to help us with some of the following record keeping issues? Online submission of recycling implementation plans Online submission of recycling data reports for businesses and haulers Ability to provide feedback on plans and program successes Online approval/disapproval of plans Ability to send email notifications to property managers Track haulers and hauler permits Allow staff to track program successes Allow staff to track enforcement Any information you have would be greatly appreciated!
