[GreenYes] Almost Zero Waste at Church supper.

St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Berkeley, CA fed 130 "hungry" (we don't  call them homeless) people last Saturday night. We followed ZW  principles and had less than one pound of "garbage" which was mostly  esoteric plastics [mylar, meat wrap, etc.], one composite tube and a  few stickies. Our procedures are available from arboone3@no.address Key  element is "hide all the garbage cans" and make all the volunteers use  the system.
