Hi John/List: Gosh, hard to believe we don't have a handle on the stickie problem yet. I wrote about it over 10 years ago when I was with the Recycling Council of BC. AT that time there was a US organization called "Inter-Association Council for Printing and Publishing Paper Recycling", formed 1989 to deal with it. The Magazine Publishers of America did a report on stickies. Similar efforts to bring "stakeholders" together happened in Canada. You might Google these associations. Purchasing policies are a pressure tool -- but it's nice to know the state of industry readiness. Problem with adhesives is they are buried in the supply chain. H.
