If anyone has experience with the issues surrounding abandoned vehicles and condemned buildings, please forward that too. </FONT></P> <P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We are attempting to develop a debris removal strategy that will maximize diversion as much as possible, considering the circumstances.
