It could be free even a profit center if there was a commercial way to  
capture the heat and energy BTu that the confined destruction of MSW produces.  
Westinghouse and Hatichi Plasma were really close to making that technology leap  
and still may suceed in doing so when Natural Gas and Petrol becomes out of 
the  range of mere mortals like myself. I note that on company is offering 20 
million  for the woody debris in Katrina. In BTU terms that is dirt cheap.
