Recycling Advocates in Portland, Oregon seeks a contractor to provide administrative management support at 30 hours per month. Contractor must provide his/her own office and transportation, and have the ability to contact members, volunteers, and the public during regular business hours. The length of the contract is one year with annual renewals possible. Applicants must have experience in aspects of administrative support, finance, newsletter and publications, and membership. Ownership of, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Distiller and Reader, page layout software, and QuickBooks  is required. Basic HTML and web maintenance experience is desirable.
