[greenyes] Mercury product legislative update available

We have just completed a survey of the states and Congress on the
legislative that has been introduced in this session on mercury products and
would be glad to send a copy to anyone who is interested.

So far, 135 bills have been introduced, compared to 171 for all of the
2003-2004 session. The most frequent topics for state legislation this
