One of our researchers asked me today if any states other than California had passed legislation or have legislation pending that regulates cell phone recycling. She's aware of the Maine E-waste law, which seems to deal with TVs and computer monitors, rather than cell phones.
Does your state have pending legislation regarding cell phone recycling?
