Steve: I've heard Susan Kinsella, from Conservatree,(www.conservatree.com), paper@no.address speak on recycled paper products, perhaps she might be a good resource to find an alternative for your application? I suppose recycled cardboard covered with recycled or reused white paper (old archetectural drawings) is to old fashioned? Clearly its more labor intensive.
