Yes. Discussion of corporate behavior in moral terms is useful for figuring our what *ought* to be, but it cannot directly accomplish any substantial changes in corporate behavior. Only changing the rules can do that, and that requires recovering control of the political system that sets the rules. About 100 years ago (the "Progressive Era" as taught in schools, or as used to be taught in schools) the pendulum swung against corporations because the public got tired of the abuses.

IMO, a public willing to elect Bush, or to seriously consider re-electing him, is obviously not ready for serious political reform. Apparently things are going to have to get worse first.
