Hello Big Green!,
The link below is a really great paper on the Environmental aspects of
paper for Purchasers:
http://www.environmentaldefense.org/article.cfm?contentid=1689
It does not, however, compare various recycled content papers, for office
paper, to virgin paper made from certified wood.
My client is concerned with that issue.
I am looking for a life cycle analysis between various recycled & recovered
content papers to virgin paper made from certified wood.
It would be even better if that life cycle analysis also included non-tree
paper & non-chlorine paper (PCF & TCF).
Does anyone know if such a LCA exists? I have heard about the EPA's
guidelines for federal purchases of different
grades of paper with recycled content, but that does not seem to fully
cover what I am looking for.
I am also in need of info for toilet paper.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!!!
