Hi Blair,

I'm no longer on Green Yes, so please post both job announcements -- MI and
Boone.
Re SOT, that was a few months ago, but probably where Dennis found my email.
We really enjoyed your hospitality, good cooking, and friends on Saturday
night. Thank you again.

Hi Cindy: Do you post to Green Yes digest. this would be a good posting on
that list?
FUrther: didn't realize you were on SOT last Friday! Great! how did it go?
Did anyone call? Love to hear the 'tape' if there is one. I got my
solicitation from Duke Power for green power subsidy and probably will sign
up tho it's against my better judgment (I think the alt. proposed tax of
$0.0019/kWh looked at as another way to raise about the same amount of money
would have been better, but my understanding is that the Utility Comm. could
have applied it to only IOUs, not coops or electricities, let alone the
politics of a renewables tax. Again, enjoyed having your family come to
visit. bp

Hello Cynthia,
Appalachian State University is adding a new position to its
Appropriate Technology Program, which includes renewable energy and
green building. If you know of anyone who might be interested in
applying please pass the word. I have attached a flyer describing the
position and application process. Thanks.
