As in any large national campaign the best plans sometimes take a few extra
days to roll out.  I belive its still locked in the pipeline. The DC ARD
program went on as planned with the District Government and Federal partners
putting on the electronic recycling show we did last year.  With a wind
storm tearing apart our stage on Pennsylvania Avenue and whipping the chill
factor down a few notches we still managed to fill four-53 foot trailers
full of electronic material for recycling. We'll get our pat on the back
soon enough.
