Wonderful news...now if only the Nationwide
Beverage Producer Responsibility Act goes through
this month, all of America will have a bottle
bill with a ten cent return deposit !
Wouldn't that be a miracle !?!  Hope everyone has
written their legislators to support this bill
initiated by Sen. Jeffords of VT last year.
