ITEC's web address has changed in the last year, here's their new site:

I'd (sceptically) expect most MRFs to view this as a burden, unless they are
experiencing
trouble on the HDPE marketing side or in residue disposal.
I've personally had a run-in with a local auto parts store @ them accepting
motor oil, but not the drippy bottles it came in.  Hopefully, one the big
do-it-yourself auto parts retailers can be persuaded to view this option as
a potential customer relations coup.
