[greenyes] Resident Assistants and Recycling

Hello-
 
I was hoping I could get some past experience advice from recycling coordinators out there.  As part of our recycling program on campus, we offer to help Resident Assistants set up programs on their floors that involve recycling, waste reduction, etc., since they are required to do a certain number of programs each year, anyways.
Has anyone worked with RA's and small groups of college students in this setting?  particularly all male dorms?!?  Any suggestions for program ideas?
