Dear greenyes'er who attended the NRC in Baltimore.

I was very anxious to attend the 
Monday 3 - 5 pm session.
"The Implications of Single Stream".
But had a conflict with another session.

I interested in hearing from anyone who attended.

Was any kind of concensus reached?
ie. Does single stream make sense

If yes under what (top 3) circumstances
