[greenyes] recycling from Post Offices

   Our local post offices collect paper for recycling because Pike County
Solid Waste picks it up. They participate because they were persuaded to.
As far as a national policy goes, it doesn't exist (so a local Postmaster
says).  Seems it would be a good thing for the Postmaster General to
encourage all post offices to participate in paper recycling when possible.
Certainly would be a cheap Public Relations move and would also put
recycling in every patron's view.
