Anyone out there knowledgeable on fly ash?
I was told in a conversation last year that one of the implications of the 
Clean Air Act would be the creation nationally of less ASTM Type C and F spec 
fly ash.
I can't remember who told me, but I think it was at the national JTR meeting.

Does anyone kow whether this is true?
