Subject: P2 at a Wastewater treatment plant -Thomas Vinson's note

Per the earlier note from Thomas, "NPR Series on Homeland Security at
Chemical Plants" for those that are interested, there is also a chlorine-free
wastewater treatment plant in Central Florida. It has been referenced in
materials printed by the UN. If you would like a chance to visit this type
of operation, we will be taking a group of people on a walking tour of this
facility as part of our 7th Annual Statewide P2 Conference this summer in
Orlando July 30-August 1st. We'd be delighted to have you attend our
conference and join in the tour. It would also be great to meet some of you
in person!

NPR's Morning Edition is doing a series of stories on security at
Chemical Plants. This morning they mentioned P2 at a wastewater treatment
plant outside of Washington D.C. The plant had switched from a chlorine
based product to a safer chemical.

Anyone know the details?

The story should be on the npr.org website tomorrow if you want to
read about it.
