Greetings-
Here's a second try to post this on greenyes.  It's a letter NCRA sent to Plastic News last month in response to an article on 12/2/02.  I think it's too long for the listserve, so please see our "Take Action" link on our website for more info about our letter of concern to Owens-Illinois about their latest push for the "plastic can".
