[GreenYes] Communities with Weight-Based Disposal Fees

Can anyone point me in the direction of communities with weight-based
disposal fees?  I'm looking for communities that have trucks using
on-board scales that weigh trash bags, or carts as the case may be, and
subsequently billing based on disposed weight.
