Hello GreenYes members:
   I am looking for information from any agency that has curbside 
collection of antifreeze.  How does it work?  How is material prepared? Collected? Frequency? Will call or regular route? Any problems?  How much 
material is collected? What is the participation rate?  What are the associated costs to the program/rate payer?
