[GreenYes] Lead in Landfills

Can someone direct me to studies or resources that might address relationships between diminishing amounts of lead to landfills from discarded automotive batteries and  increasing amounts of lead to landfills from CRTs or other electronic devices?   Or is that assumption faulty?
