[GreenYes] william mcdonough
Andrew:

The man you seek is William McDonough:

http://www.mcdonough.com
http://www.mcdonoughpartners.com
http://www.mbdc.com

He is an architect and a materials designer whose work is absolutely
amazing. In his recent book "Cradle to Cradle", available via Amazon.com, he
calls for a 'second industrial revolution' in which (among many other
things) buildings are engineered to be "net energy producers" and products
are "upcycleable" - easily turned into products of higher quality.

Also, Mr. McDonough is a contributor to the forthcoming book "The Catalog of
Tomorrow," which is being published in October, and of which I am the
editor! :-)

Yours,
Andrew Zolli
