[GreenYes] another query — TEXTILE RECYCLING NUMBERS

Are there communities other than the Neighborhood Energy Consortium, St Paul collecting textiles at the curb? If so, how much — tonnage & costs, quality  and any other information --processability @ a MRF, etc. thanks.
