Greeyes,

Does anyone have any information regarding certification requirements for recycling or waste reduction coordinators in your areas?  How does this requirement, or lack thereof, compare to certification requirements for landfill operators, water plant operators, etc?  Lastly, would anyone care to comment on what impact, if any, the certification process/requirement, or lack thereof, for recycling coordinators is having on the recycling and waste reduction industry?
