I'm interested in finding contacts for local jurisdictions
(cities, counties) that impose mandatory collection days in designated service
areas without establishing exclusive hauler contracts/arrangements. In
other words, all haulers can operate in a given area but all haulers
have to pickup on the dame day (on Monday, or Tuesday, etc.). Your
help is greatly appreciated.
